 This GV is valid on all product categories including gold coin, silver coin, plain gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, etc., (“Products”) offered at all Novel Jewels Limited/ Indriya (“Company”) showrooms in India.  This GV is valid for 364 days from date of its issuance. Expired GV will not be accepted.  Multiple GVs can be clubbed in a single order.  This GV is one time redeemable only. Any value present in the GV post the first redemption will get forfeited.  You can partially redeem the GV for any amount from its balance for the first time. Any balance left out after the first redemption will get forfeited.  This GV is not a legal tender  This GV is redeemable only at Indriya showrooms in India. For the list of stores visit https://www.indriya.com/  A valid photo ID proof must be carried by the GV holder for verification at the time of redemption.  This GV cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will any balance be refunded or credited if the purchase value is less than the GV value.  Lost/ stolen/ destroyed GV will not be replaced or reissued, and bearer holder cannot claim benefit under the GV.  For offline GV, the original physical card must be presented at the time of billing in its original condition. Photocopies, screenshots, or digital copies will not be accepted. For online GV, the digital copy will be valid for redemption.  The Company reserves the right to make changes to GV terms at any time, without prior notice. However, any such change shall be effective prospective and shall not adversely affect the GV issued prior to such change.  All Indriya Policies and terms as applicable to the Products and transactions shall apply at the time of redemption of GV. Indriya Policies are available at www.indriya.com and can be requested at any of the Indriya showrooms.  The Company may cancel, block or reject any Gift Voucher suspected of fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity, and its decision shall be final.  Applicable Indian law shall govern the transaction. In case of any dispute, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
