“MPJ Diamond Gift Voucher” Terms & Conditions · Activation: This E-Gift Card is activated upon issuance. · Validity: This E-Gift Card is valid for 90 days from the date of activation/issuance and cannot be extended or revalidated. · Redemption Scope: This E-Gift Card is redeemable against Diamond studded jewellery only and the card is valid at participating MPJ Jewellers showrooms only. · Single Use: This E-Gift Card is valid for one-time redemption only. · Unused Balance: Any unused balance after redemption shall be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or carried forward. · Checking Balance: Balance and expiry details may be checked at MPJ Jewellers billing counters. · Loss / Theft of Information: This is a virtual E-Gift Card. MPJ Jewellers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised usage of the E-Gift Card details. The holder is solely responsible for safeguarding the E-Gift Card information. · Non-Encashable: This E-Gift Card is non-encashable and cannot be exchanged for cash. · Delivery Time: E-Gift Cards are generally delivered instantly. However, due to system or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours. · Refund Policy: Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards once issued shall not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. · Jurisdiction: This E-Gift Card shall be governed by Indian law, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Kolkata, West Bengal. · Modification Clause: MPJ Jewellers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
