E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products. 3. The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 4. No cash will be refunded even if purchase value is less than the voucher value. 5. Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing. 6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds than the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card. 7. E-Gift Voucher can-not be redeemed partially. 8. In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided. 9. It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing. 10. E-Gift Voucher can be used in sales period. 11. E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed with existing offers in store. 12. Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded. 13. E-Gift Voucher validity cannot be extended /cannot issue new E-Gift Voucher post expiry."
