Terms & Conditions for Generic Gift Card • The Gift Card is valid for purchases made on goibibo only and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. • To check your voucher balance & validity, please log on to https://www.goibibo.com/user/gift-cards/ • This Gift Card is valid on Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Trains, Buses & Cabs • This Gift Card can be redeemed online at www.goibibo.com or on the goibibo Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:  Adding a Gift Card? o On my profile page, click on 'Add New Gift Card'. o Enter the 16-digit card number with the 6-digit PIN. o Tap on 'Add to My Account.  Paying by Gift Card? o On the payments page, select the Gift Card option and enter your goibibo Gift Card Number and PIN. o Click on ‘Add to my account’. Once the gift card is added, you can proceed to pay for your selected booking using this Gift Card • This Gift Card is not valid on Forex, Travel Insurance, and VISA. • This Gift Card is not applicable with the Pay Later payment option (Book Now Pay Later/Reserve Now Pay Later) • In case of transaction failures after the Gift Card is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card within 24 hours. • This Gift Card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by goibibo on the app or website. • This Gift Card is valid for partial redemption. The balance will remain in the Gift Card until the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions. • Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in one booking. • Products and services are subject to availability. • The Gift Card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash. • The Gift Card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances. • Gift Card code/Physical copy or both must be provided at the time of booking along with ID proof for offline redemption. • Goibibo is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. • In case of cancellation of bookings made using the Gift Card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card used at the time of booking. • Users are required to save the Gift Card number and PIN to utilize the refunded amount, as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new Gift Card number. • In case of cancellations where the Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid using the Gift Card. • Goibibo is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. • Goibibo reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Gift Card if it suspects duplicity of cards. • In no event shall the liability of goibibo for any claims exceed the value of the card. • In the event of any dispute, parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. • This is for individual use only.
